Introducing Our New Telephone AI Assistant
At Glenlyn, we’re always looking to improve your experience. From Tuesday 17 February, following patient feedback, we’re trialling a Voice AI Assistant on our appointment phone system. It answers calls instantly, follows reception processes, & improves access to care. You can still use online forms or speak to a receptionist. Information is securely reviewed by our clinical triage team in line with GDPR. See our News Page for more.
